Software Trainer (Part-Time)

This is a remote position.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Software Trainer with experience in delivering training on technological platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for training staff on an AI-powered platform, ensuring they understand its features and tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop and deliver high-quality online training programs/materials.

2. Assess trainee needs and tailor the curriculum to match these needs.

3. Manage and resolve trainee queries effectively and in a timely manner.

4. Stay updated with the latest software training techniques and tools.

5. Collaborate with management to align training with company goals and objectives.

6. Evaluate training outcomes and provide continuous feedback and improvement areas to learners.

7. Create a stimulating learning environment to enhance learners’ engagement and motivation.

Requirements

1. A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

2. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Software Trainer or similar role.

3. Good knowledge of artificial intelligence and its applications in recruitment. 

4. Experience in training users on software or technological platforms.

5. Outstanding presentation and mentoring skills.

6. Experience designing curriculum and developing educational resources.

7. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

8. Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
