’m looking for a content researcher and project assistant to build a content bank. I need help bringing a detailed content planning spreadsheet to life, the spreadsheet outlines various content ideas focused on SWANA (Southwest Asia and North Africa) creatives and entrepreneurs. Your role will involve cleaning up the spreadsheet, filling in gaps, and executing the content ideas by researching, gathering, and organizing high-quality content files ready for Instagram and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Research & Gathering:
Review the content planning spreadsheet and complete missing information, such as identifying creators or sourcing content (e.g., images or videos) to bring the ideas to life.
2. Conduct research to find relevant creators, references, or resources for the content ideas.
Build a well-organized content bank with high-quality, ready-to-use materials for social media, ensuring all files are appropriately named and categorized. Develop a strong understanding of my target audience to ensure that the content aligns with their preferences.
3. Content Coordination & Support:
- Prompt me when specific content needs to be created (e.g., 3.b recording a video or voiceover).
- Occasionally draft scripts for videos or captions for posts (with my guidance)
- Assist with scheduling and managing the production of content to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide regular updates via WhatsApp, ensuring I have oversight of the content being gathered and organized.
- Spreadsheet Cleanup & Audience Understanding:
Requirements
1. Strong research skills with the ability to gather and organize content.
2. Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok content formats
3. Excellent organizational skills to manage and label content files efficiently.
4. Proactive communicator with availability and familiarity on WhatsApp.
5. Familiarity with the SWANA region’s culture, or diasporic community.
