Technical Zoho Consultant | HR Digitalization Projects
Zoho People | Zoho Recruit | Zoho Creator | Zoho CRM | Zoho Analytics

who supports our customer projects with strong technical expertise across the Zoho ecosystem. In this role, you work hands-on in HR digitalization projects, translating business requirements into robust, scalable Zoho-based solutions.

Preferred location: India or Egypt

  • Technical implementation and customization of Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Analytics
  • Configuration and optimization of HR and recruiting workflows based on customer requirements
  • Development of custom logic, automations, and integrations using Deluge
  • Support in designing end-to-end HR and recruiting solutions within the Zoho ecosystem
  • Building reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics
  • Integration of Zoho applications with third-party tools where required
  • Technical support during customer projects, including testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Collaboration with HR consultants, Business Development, and project stakeholders
  • Contribution to best practices, templates, and reusable solution components

Requirements

  • Strong experience working with the Zoho ecosystem, especially:
- Zoho People
- Zoho Recruit
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho Analytics

  • Solid hands-on experience with Deluge scripting (mandatory)
  • Experience in implementing workflows, automations, and custom applications
  • Good understanding of HR and recruiting processes is a strong advantage
  • Experience with system integrations and data structures
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style
  • Very good English skills; German is a strong plus
