  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as appropriate
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support communication and swallowing at home

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals of all ages improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as appropriate.

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support communication and swallowing at home.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Current and active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
