Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping individuals of all ages regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities following illness, injury, or developmental challenges. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and collaborative care environment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on enhancing independence and quality of life.

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, cognition, and adaptive skills.

  • Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology.

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued progress at home.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy 

  • Current and active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
