Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to join one of our innovative and rapidly growing Australian-based clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in scaling businesses through paid advertising strategies, particularly across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and creative direction. The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to drive conversions, optimize campaign performance, and make a measurable impact on business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to build high-performing ad strategies.
  • Provide creative direction and collaborate with designers to develop ad creatives that align with brand messaging and convert effectively.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, including ROAS, CPC, CTR, and overall conversion rates, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously test and iterate on creatives, copy, and targeting to achieve campaign goals.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for ad spend.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and new features to maintain competitive edge.




Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related platforms are an advantage.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage campaigns that deliver high ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Knowledge of creative development for digital advertising, including ad formats, visuals, and copywriting best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear and actionable way.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, D2C, or similar industries is a plus.
