Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, persuasive, and organized Appointment Setter to support our clients in booking and managing sales calls, consultations, and other client-facing meetings. This individual will work closely with sales and marketing teams, qualifying leads and ensuring a seamless handoff to closers or account managers. A successful Appointment Setter is energetic, excellent at communication, and highly motivated to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads provided by the client or generated through marketing campaigns.

  • Qualify leads based on criteria set by the client or internal team.

  • Schedule appointments using CRM or calendar tools such as Calendly, HubSpot, or Google Calendar.

  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or SMS to confirm appointments and minimize no-shows.

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups.

  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and appointment metrics.

  • Collaborate with sales representatives and account executives to ensure alignment of appointment-setting efforts with broader sales goals.


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar outbound calling, lead qualification, or telemarketing role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Comfortable handling objections and redirecting conversations in a positive, professional manner.

  • Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and online calendar tools.

  • Familiarity with appointment-setting strategies and call scripting.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

  • Availability to work across different time zones depending on client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience setting appointments in the legal, SaaS, or B2B service industries.

  • Experience using automated outreach tools such as Lemlist, Apollo.io, or Instantly.

  • Track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs such as calls per day, booked appointments, and show-up rates.
