Job Description: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to support the human resources department in day-to-day administrative tasks and broader HR initiatives. This role will provide critical support in areas such as employee records management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR policy administration. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems. 
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. 
  • Support the onboarding of new hires by preparing necessary paperwork and facilitating new hire orientation. 
  • Assist in the implementation of HR strategies to promote employee retention and engagement. 
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and staying informed of HR-related updates. 
  • Provide administrative support for performance reviews and employee relations matters. 
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects aimed at improving HR policies and procedures. 


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing). 
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a related role, ideally in a remote or distributed work environment. 
  • Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR software is a plus. 
  • Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
