Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Employment Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience advising on employment and labor law matters. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in employment contracts, workplace compliance, dispute resolution, and advising on HR-related legal concerns. While experience with Australian employment law is a bonus, it is not required. This role is ideal for a globally experienced employment lawyer comfortable working remotely and across different legal systems.

Responsibilities:

Advise client companies on employment-related matters such as hiring, terminations, disciplinary processes, workplace policies, and internal HR procedures.
Draft, review, and revise employment contracts, policies, and compliance documentation.
Support clients in resolving workplace disputes, including mediations, internal investigations, and formal legal proceedings where applicable.
Provide timely, business-focused legal advice across diverse employment law jurisdictions, based on the client’s location and applicable law.
Conduct research and stay updated on key developments in employment law in common law jurisdictions (e.g., UK, Canada, US, Australia preferred).
Collaborate with HR professionals, legal departments, and business leaders in client organizations.
Work independently and communicate clearly in a remote legal services environment.

Requirements
