5+ years of experience as a data engineer or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, and other Microsoft data services
Experience in SQL, Python, Scala, Spark, Power BI, and other data tools and languages

Job description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a senior data engineer who has extensive experience in designing and implementing data solutions using Microsoft technologies. You will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, and data analytics platforms using Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data-bricks, Azure SQL Database, and other Microsoft tools. You will also work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver high-quality data products.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate the performance of current data solutions and recommend improvements
Ensure data quality, security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve data issues and provide technical support

Research and learn new technologies and trends in the data domain
