Junior Account Manager – Online Marketing

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (On-Site) or Remote

Company Overview:

Easy Mob is a leading online marketing company based in Tel Aviv, Israel, founded in 2013. With teams in Israel, Europe, and Asia, we specialize in helping advertisers promote their products online using diverse advertising formats such as banners and pop-under traffic.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our growing team and work closely with our clients to drive success in their online marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management:
    • Build and grow a portfolio of online advertising clients.
    • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Campaign Analysis & Optimization:
    • Monitor client campaigns regularly to identify performance gaps and propose actionable improvements.
    • Generate and interpret campaign reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and other web analytics platforms.
  • Client Support:
    • Act as the first point of contact for your clients, providing support via chat, email, and tickets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., publishers) to resolve issues and meet client needs.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    • Research trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities to help clients achieve their goals.


Qualifications:

  • Essential:
    • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Proven comfort with online tools and platforms (Google Sheets, web analytics, etc.).
    • Basic understanding of online advertising or digital marketing concepts.
    • A proactive, sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
  • Preferred:
    • Certifications from recognized marketing platforms (Google Academy, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
    • Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, support, or account management).
    • Familiarity with online marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI).
