Job description


We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and creative Marketing Coordinator to help us manage our day-to-day brand and communication efforts across digital and partner channels.


In this role, you’ll work closely with our design team, external partners, and internal stakeholders to keep our marketing engine running smoothly—ensuring our brand is consistently represented and that our audience stays informed and engaged.



What You’ll Do



  • Creative Production: Collaborate with our designer to brief, review, and finalize creative assets for social media, brand campaigns, and occasional offline marketing.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and monitor content across our social channels, and help maintain a consistent, on-brand voice.
  • Partnership Publishing: Coordinate content placement with partners, affiliates, and industry communities to increase visibility and reach.
  • Email Communications: Oversee our retention and engagement emails, maintain audience segments, and execute monthly newsletters and ongoing communication flows.

What You Bring



  • Experience managing social media channels or brand communication (SaaS or tech environment a plus)
  • Strong understanding of content workflows and how to brief designers effectively
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adjust tone by audience
  • Comfortable coordinating between internal and external partners
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive—able to manage multiple moving pieces at once
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Brevo, Crispachat, MailMeteor)


Nice to Have



  • Basic copywriting and editing skills
  • Interest in performance marketing or ad tech
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Sheets/Docs, etc.)


Location: Remote-friendly, with availability for regular team communication.
Employment: Full-time.
