Experior Financial Group Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. This role is essential in supporting brand consistency, executing marketing initiatives, and ensuring strong communication across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive collaborator with experience in content creation, digital marketing, campaign coordination, and administrative support within a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the distribution of marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Support the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate marketing projects, deadlines, and team communications to ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather product information, event details, and content needs.
• Assist in managing social media channels by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance.
• Support event planning activities such as webinars, conferences, and internal events.
• Maintain documentation of marketing processes, approvals, and project status updates.
• Validate outputs produced via AI‑assisted design or content tools to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or diploma.
• Exceptional attention to detail. Is highly organized.
• Bilingual Frech is a asset.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Microsoft, Adobe).
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools is an asset.
• Must reside and be authorized to work in Canada.

Pay Range - $53,000 - $56,000/yr CAD

The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
