Business Analyst

Experior Financial Group Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join our IT/Development team. This role is essential to improving product clarity, enhancing requirements documentation, and ensuring strong communication across technical and business teams. Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders, developers, product owners, and cross‑functional teams to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
- Write clear and complete user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for engineering teams.
- Facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions, interviews, dependency discussions, and clarification meetings.
- Support Agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, and sprint reviews, ensuring requirements are ready and understood.
- Analyze workflows, system behaviors, and business needs to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with QA and development to ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned with business needs.
- Maintain documentation using platforms such as Jira and Confluence.
- Validate outputs produced via AI-assisted development to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.
- Communicate effectively with distributed teams, ensuring clarity, follow‑through, and timely updates.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands‑on experience writing: User stories, Acceptance criteria, Functional requirements.
- Experience leading or facilitating requirement discussions with stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Agile environments and sprint‑based development workflows.
- Ability to interpret system behavior, data flows, and technical constraints at a functional level.
- Strong written documentation skills and exceptional clarity in communication.
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA.

Pay Range - $70,000 - $80,000/yr USD
The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
