Strong familiarity with Full Scope Poly requirements
Established, active network within the cleared community
Ability to generate qualified introductions within 14 days

Requirements:

Source, screen, and place TS/SCI Full Scope candidates in senior cleared technical roles (e.g., Senior Systems Administrators, Systems Engineers, Infrastructure and Platform Engineers)
Leverage an existing cleared-community network to generate qualified introductions and move candidates through the pipeline quickly
Operate independently in a remote, network-driven model with urgent, responsive service and end-to-end candidate management
Collaborate with SNS One, Inc. as a 1099 independent contractor, managing the compensation structure and timely placements

Specialized TS/SCI Full Scope Recruiter/ 1099 Independent Contractor | Network-Driven Model

We are expanding our cleared recruiting partnerships and seeking 1 to 2 experienced recruiters who specialize in TS/SCI Full Scope talent.

This is not a general recruitment role. This is a high-impact opportunity for recruiters who are already embedded in the cleared technical community and maintain active relationships with senior-level cleared professionals.

Focus Areas

*Senior Systems Administrators

*Systems Engineers

*Infrastructure and Platform Engineers

*Other high-level cleared technical roles

Clearance Requirements for all positions require TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

What We Are Looking For

*Demonstrated experience placing TS/SCI candidates

*Strong familiarity with Full Scope Poly requirements

*Established, active network within the cleared community

*Ability to generate qualified introductions within 14 days

*Comfortable operating independently

*Urgency-driven and highly responsive

We do not provide job board access. This is a network-leveraged model. Your value is your existing relationships and your ability to move quickly.

Compensation Structure

*1099 Independent Contractor

*Flat rate tiers based on urgency:

$7,500 Standard

$10,000 to 12,000 Critical

*Full Commission paid at 45 days, post successful hire.
