Typeface is the enterprise AI platform built for modern marketing teams. We bring together your brand guidelines, AI agents, and enterprise-grade infrastructure so marketers can create, personalize, and activate campaigns at scale—without sacrificing consistency or control. With Typeface, your brand becomes the foundation for content. The platform ingests your logos, fonts, colors, and tone of voice to ensure every asset—whether text, image, or video—feels authentically you. Your content library is automatically organized and searchable, making it easy to reuse what you have and generate what you need. A built-in brand agent evaluates content for governance and consistency, so every campaign is on-brand from the start. Marketing workflows are reimagined with AI agents that plan, orchestrate, and execute campaigns across channels. A simple chat interface and visual canvas let teams create and refine content collaboratively, while connectors to email, web, and paid media tools streamline activation. Whether you’re building a campaign from scratch or optimizing an existing one, agents automate the heavy lifting so your teams can focus on creativity and strategy. Enterprise readiness is at the core. Typeface is SOC II compliant, supports SSO, and offers cloud hosting options across major providers. We partner with leaders like Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce to integrate seamlessly into your stack. Security and governance are built in, with role-based access, isolated brand assets, and a responsible AI layer that ensures safe, high-quality outputs. With Typeface, marketers get faster time to market, personalization at scale, and confidence that every piece of content is brand-safe, consistent, and impactful.

  • Capture field-proven use cases and funnel them back to Product and Engineering teams to inform the Typeface platform roadmap
  • Own delivery sprints from requirements through deployment, tackling challenges on-site or remotely while balancing multiple customer engagements
  • Document playbooks, prompts, patterns, and best practices in internal knowledge bases and create technical guides for common use cases
  • Share learnings across the organization, mentor other engineers, and present technical demos and case studies at customer events

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience designing Solution Architectures for Enterprises and delivering on them via technical delivery
  • Outstanding customer-centricity with ability to build trust quickly with enterprise technical teams and stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate complex AI concepts for both engineers and executives, present solutions clearly, and write comprehensive technical documentation
