We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented individual to join our Talent Placement Team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. In this fully remote role based in Malaysia, you will focus exclusively on sourcing exceptional talent to meet our organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes to assess candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and organize interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to enhance sourcing processes and practices.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology tools for recruitment and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms to attract top talent.

Requirements
