Talent Sourcing:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes to assess candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
Coordinate and organize interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with team members to enhance sourcing processes and practices.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
Leverage cutting-edge technology tools for recruitment and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms to attract top talent.

Requirements
