Job description

Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Remote, US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients and referral sources
  • Educate families and partners about ABA services, benefits, and the enrollment process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians, schools, clinics, and community partners
  • Conduct virtual consultations and discovery calls with parents/guardians
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads to increase conversion rates
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM
  • Collaborate with intake and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all communications

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably healthcare or ABA-related services
  • Strong phone presence and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections
  • Ability to follow up persistently and close deals
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Understanding of ABA services or healthcare industry (preferred but not required)
