Job description

Position: Founder’s Associate / Operations Manager (ABA)

Location: Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Founder in daily operations and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee the operational functions of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including program implementation and compliance.
  • Manage and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and support scaling of services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment plans, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate operational performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Psychology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, ideally within the healthcare or ABA sector.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
