Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for healthcare positions, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to establish a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to find qualified healthcare candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruiting best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and qualifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software.
  • Passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and improving patient care through talent acquisition
  • Available to work US hours Remotely (9-5 EST)
