Job description

ReWorks Solutions is looking for a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your recruiting expertise to attract and identify top-tier healthcare professionals who align with our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct full-cycle recruiting for healthcare positions, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to establish a strong talent pipeline.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to find qualified healthcare candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruiting best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Two or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and qualifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software.
Passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and improving patient care through talent acquisition
Available to work US hours Remotely (9-5 EST)
