Position Overview

We are in search of an experienced AI Engineer to enhance our team. This role demands a solid background in Data Science and Machine Learning, with at least 3+ years of experience in the field. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing generative AI solutions that integrate with Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise software systems like IBM TRIRIGA and IBM Maximo, driving insights and efficiencies across business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs to augment the capabilities of enterprise software systems.
• Develop intuitive chatbots using Natural Language Processing (NLP) for seamless user interactions via speech or text.
• Work collaboratively with teams to integrate AI models with enterprise data, ensuring the extraction of meaningful insights.
• Keep abreast of the latest AI and machine learning advancements to maintain the innovation and effectiveness of our solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of AI models through comprehensive testing and validation.
• Offer technical expertise and support on AI initiatives, aligning with both business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Data Science and Machine Learning space.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or similar.
• Experience with Large Language Models and NLP.
• Exposure to the IBM suite of products, including WatsonX and Watson Discovery, is preferred.
• Proven track record of developing chatbots and conversational AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
