Job description

Night Shift & Remote Position

(During the training period, the role will be based in our Jakarta Office: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM SGT)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyze customer behavior and identify trends to improve system performance.

  • Configure and manage the platform as a system administrator when required.

  • Process and maintain data with accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the team to report issues or unusual activity.

  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and with high efficiency.
