Senior Technical Recruiter (IT)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3-4+ years of IT technical recruitment experience (permanent and contract)
  • Strong understanding of application/web development recruitment and IT verticals (e.g., Java, Front End, Full Stack, Cloud Dev, DevOps, Cloud Architect, Software Architect, Cybersecurity)
  • Experience with contract recruitment and knowledge of H1B and C2C employment models
  • Ability to recruit nationwide in a remote setup; preference for candidates located in Chicago or Florida

Requirements:

  • Lead end-to-end IT recruitment across multiple disciplines (Java Engineer, Front End, Full Stack, Cloud Dev, PM, BA, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, DevOps) for permanent and contract roles
  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates; manage the 3-round interview process and coordinate feedback
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, provide market insights, and advise on recruiting strategies to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters in a nationwide remote environment and align efforts with commission structure and perm-focused revenue goals

Prefer: Candidate to be located in Chicago or FL

Details: Full IT Vertical, with a strong understanding of application/web development recruitment.

Example of roles they have: Java Engineer, Front End, Full Stack, Cloud Dev, PM, Business Analyst, Robotics, Infrastructure, Program Delivery, DevOps, Cloud architect, Software architect, robotics, cyber-security and etc.

Commission: Tier Structured (Paid out Monthly)

Tier 1: 0-150K (10%)
Tier 2: 150K-300K (12.5%)
Tier 3: 300K-500K (15.5)
Tier 4: 500K+ (17.5%)

About 90% of their revenue is perm deals, prefer someone with contract experience who has an understanding of H1 and c2c.

Company has good retention, has only needed to let go of one person since opening.

They don't offer any training due to bandwidth, would need the candidate to already be experienced.
