Senior Technical Recruiter (IT)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of IT technical recruiting experience with strong understanding of application and web development roles.
  • Experience recruiting across a wide IT vertical (e.g., Java Engineer, Front End, Full Stack, Cloud Dev, PM, BA, Robotics, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud/Software Architect, cybersecurity).
  • Proven ability to fill both permanent and contract roles; familiarity with H-1B and corp-to-corp (C2C).
  • Remote/nationwide recruiting capability with a preference for candidates located in Chicago or Florida.

Requirements:

  • Own end-to-end IT recruitment across the full vertical, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles including Java Engineer, Front End, Full Stack, Cloud Dev, PM, BA, Robotics, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud/Software Architect, and cybersecurity.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process (3 rounds over ~2 weeks), liaising with hiring managers and team members such as Alex Daniels, Nick, and other recruiters.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline, manage client/candidate relationships, and handle contract and permanent placements with knowledge of H1 and C2C processes.

Prefer: Candidate to be located in Chicago or FL

Details: Full IT Vertical, with a strong understanding of application/web development recruitment.

Example of roles they have: Java Engineer, Front End, Full Stack, Cloud Dev, PM, Business Analyst, Robotics, Infrastructure, Program Delivery, DevOps, Cloud architect, Software architect, robotics, cyber-security and etc.

Commission: Tier Structured (Paid out Monthly)

Tier 1: 0-150K (10%)
Tier 2: 150K-300K (12.5%)
Tier 3: 300K-500K (15.5)
Tier 4: 500K+ (17.5%)

About 90% of their revenue is perm deals, prefer someone with contract experience who has an understanding of H1 and c2c.

Company has good retention, has only needed to let go of one person since opening.

They don't offer any training due to bandwidth, would need the candidate to already be experienced.


Interview Process: 3 Rounds (2 weeks)

Second with Nick

Third: With another recruiter on the team.
