Placement Support Specialist

Healthcare division started June 6, 2021

M-F, 8-5 (very flexible hours)

Salary 50-70k dependent on experience

Fully remote firm, this will be a remote position (no plans to go into an office)

Family owned firm, Howard Sloan Staffing has been around since 1957

Specialize in Locum and Permanent Physician placements

Currently have 3 staff members, rapidly growing to add 10 more

The volume has risen dramatically over the past month, and they are now flooded with jobs and placements

The role would be mostly helping providers get credentialed for their locum placements. The volume has risen to about 4-5 placements a month. 

Obtaining the credentialing packets from the hospitals, communicating with the providers to correctly fill out the forms, keeping the providers on track to submit documents in a timely manner, etc. 

There will also be work in booking the traveling for the providers as well as assisting with the licensing for the assignments. There could be some work within Risk of the providers and quality control.
