Project Manager (Part-time)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project-Based Project Manager to act as the local point person in the Philippines for a new foam product manufacturing initiative. This role will support factory sourcing, production coordination, and quality follow-through to ensure products meet export standards.

You will work closely with client stakeholders to manage communication, track progress, and ensure smooth coordination between the client and manufacturing partners. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with suppliers and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the local project coordinator for a foam product manufacturing project
• Source and communicate with factories capable of producing export-quality foam products
• Coordinate sampling, product customization (e.g., laces, logo), and production milestones
• Track timelines, deliverables, and quality checkpoints
• Maintain structured, clear communication with factories and suppliers
• Provide regular progress updates to client stakeholders
• Conduct occasional on-site visits to factories when needed
• Ensure documentation, notes, and updates are organized and accessible

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in project coordination, operations, or supply/vendor management
• Comfortable working with manufacturers or suppliers
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to track multiple moving parts
• Proactive and able to follow up independently
• Willing and able to travel occasionally for factory visits
