Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact, complex projects and deliver measurable business outcomes. This strategic role focuses on enterprise system implementations, digital transformation initiatives, PMO maturity, and mentoring project management talent while driving organizational growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver a portfolio of mission-critical projects that drive business outcomes and key performance indicators

• Develop strategic project roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives

• Lead complex enterprise implementations including e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, APIs, databases, and cloud integrations

• Drive value creation by optimizing processes, reducing costs, and accelerating time-to-market

• Bridge business and technology by translating technical concepts for stakeholders and business needs for technical teams

• Apply hybrid project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) based on project context

• Proactively manage risks and issues using structured frameworks, RAID logs, and predictive analysis

• Establish and promote best practices to elevate project management standards across the organization

• Mentor and develop junior project managers through coaching and knowledge transfer

• Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams

• Communicate effectively with C-suite executives, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders

• Manage stakeholder expectations proactively and transparently throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

Certifications & Education

• PMP Certification (mandatory)

• Agile / Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)

• MBA from a recognized institution

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Experience & Technical Expertise

• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive project management experience

• Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and ERP systems (Blue Cherry, SAP, NetSuite)

• Strong technical acumen including understanding of API architectures, system integrations, databases, cloud platforms, and modern technology stacks

• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder project portfolios

• Strong risk, issue, and change management capability

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong leadership presence, people management skills, and execution discipline

• Highly proactive mindset with strong problem anticipation and solution design ability
