  • Go-to-Market planning: Design launch plans for new products/features, test and refine pricing, packaging, and acquisition strategies, and build scalable GTM playbooks for repeatable growth.
  • Hands-on execution, measurement, and iteration: Drive pilot campaigns (digital ads, outreach, webinars, events); generate content and customer stories; equip sales with pitch decks and battlecards; define success metrics, run A/B tests, optimize GTM activities, and feed insights back to product development.

Role Overview

As our GTM Strategist, you’ll be responsible for shaping how our AI products enter the market, gain adoption, and scale. You will combine market research, product positioning, and hands-on campaign execution to ensure we reach the right customers with the right message at the right time.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll be working directly with the founders and cross-functional teams to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

Market Discovery & Validation

  • Research target industries (e.g., F&B, interior design, finance) and validate customer pain points.
  • Identify growth opportunities and channels for product adoption.

Positioning & Messaging

  • Craft compelling value propositions tailored to SMEs and their industries.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, simple, and impactful benefits.

Go-to-Market Planning

  • Design launch plans for new products/features.
  • Test and refine pricing, packaging, and acquisition strategies.
  • Build scalable GTM playbooks for repeatable growth.

Hands-On Execution

  • Drive pilot campaigns (digital ads, outreach, webinars, events).
  • Work with the marketing team to generate content, case studies, and customer stories.
  • Equip sales with pitch decks, demo scripts, and battlecards.

Measurement & Iteration

  • Define success metrics (adoption, conversions, revenue contribution).
