Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Leasing Sales Representative to manage inbound inquiries, engage with prospective tenants, and guide them through the leasing process from initial contact to closing; responsibilities include presenting leasing options, conducting follow-ups, maintaining organized lead records, communicating progress with management, and supporting administrative operations; the ideal candidate has strong communication and sales skills, proven ability to close deals, excellent customer service, professionalism, and is highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented while thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
