Registered Nurse/MD Chinese

Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual Registered Nurse (Mandarin Chinese and English) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while effectively communicating with both English- and Mandarin-speaking patients and families. This role requires clinical expertise, cultural sensitivity, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure patient comfort, understanding, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members in both English and Mandarin.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Monitor patients' progress and update medical records accurately.
• Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Chinese and or Cantonese and English (both written and verbal).
• Valid Nursing certificate/license.
• Proven experience as a Nurse.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet required.
