Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant (QuickBooks Desktop) to handle customer communication, medical supply purchasing, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role involves managing inbound & outbound calls, following up with customers and suppliers, supporting accounts payable and receivable, and performing basic bookkeeping functions in QuickBooks Desktop. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and prior experience in administrative or operations support, preferably within a medical supply environment. This position requires a proactive, independent self-starter who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and providing consistent operational support.
