Tech Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, working closely with business and technical teams. The role requires strong SDLC knowledge, Agile delivery experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and architects in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle (SDLC) from initiation through delivery and post-implementation
• Drive delivery of digital transformation and application development projects
• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Apply Agile / hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall where appropriate)
• Facilitate project ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Provide clear project reporting, governance updates, and stakeholder communication
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure delivery quality

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering technology or application projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks
• Good technical understanding of application development concepts
• Ability to work effectively with developers using technologies such as Java or similar languages
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital transformation or system modernization initiatives
• Background working with cloud-based or enterprise systems
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
