Through our proven system, which includes a 3-week certification in cold calling, CRM usage, script delivery, and live simulations, each setter is prepared to hit the ground dialing and booking appointments with confidence no training lag, no surprises

What You'll Do

• Dial 200+ qualified prospects daily using our auto-dialer

• Book 3-5 appointments per shift (20-30 per week)

• Follow a proven script and update CRM only for booked calls

• Join a daily 30-minute Zoom huddle for coaching and leaderboard updates

• Consistently hit KPIs: contact ratio, conversion %, and quality scores (promotion comes fast for top performers)

Must-Haves

• 2+ years outbound phone sales (BPO/collections counts)

• Fluent English (C1/C2) will be tested

• Laptop/desktop (8 GB RAM), USB headset, backup power/hotspot

• Reliable 50 Mbps up / 50 Mbps down internet (speed test required)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in sales for home services, solar, roofing, or similar industries

• Familiarity with VICIdial or other power dialers

• Competitive, coachable, and KPI-driven
