Job description

Job Summary:

This information is intended for dental professionals residing in the United States.

Currently, TePe is not hiring any dental professionals to our Extended Clinical Team, but please still submit an application. We continually hire individuals as TePe grows in the U.S., so your application will be on hand for future opportunities.

This job post is in relation to offering presentations, but dental professionals are also needed at tradeshows and other collaborative events.

TePe Oral Health Care seeks highly motivated dental hygienists to join our Extended Clinical Team. As a TePe Educational Consultant, on behalf of TePe Oral Health Care, you will be responsible for locating dental practices and providing them with a TePe Team Huddle presentation on how TePe can be a solution for all their patient’s home care needs.

You may be asking, what is a TePe Team Huddle? A TePe Team Huddle is a dental practice team approach to learning about TePe products and how they can benefit their patients. This can be done through a web-based presentation or a live presentation (depending on location). Samples are sent to the office in advance for a more thorough understanding.

TePe educational consultants deliver a minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 TePe Team Huddle presentations per month.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Locate dental practices to deliver a TePe Team Huddle. Both virtual and in-person presentations are acceptable, but in-person does not qualify for mileage reimbursement.
  • Schedule a meeting with the dental practice and request samples from TePe Oral Health Care. There must be a 2 week notice for all scheduling.
  • Deliver a presentation to a dental practice. The presentation can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the practice's needs.
  • Upon conclusion of the presentation, complete a TePe Team Huddle report and Attendance form when it is for CE credit. TePe's customer care team will continue supporting the practice's needs, while the education department will support clinical questions.
  • Amount of time invested in scheduling, delivering, and reporting for a single presentation is approximately 3-4 hours.
  • There are 3 different forms for each event to record attendance, submit a report, and collect payment for your time as a dental professional.
