🎬The Role

Our client is seeking a Channel Sales Lead who will be instrumental in driving the market adoption of their fintech platform, which empowers financial institutions to build, manage, and scale financial products (e.g., ledgers, cards, lending, deposits). The primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, while also contributing to direct sales efforts.

👤 The Responsibilities

  • Market Penetration: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services sector in Saudi Arabia and potentially the wider MENA region.
  • Partnership Development: Spearhead the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of key sales partners (e.g., system integrators, consulting firms, technology providers, telcos) to expand Stitch's reach and accelerate sales.
  • Channel Management: Develop and implement a robust channel strategy, including partner enablement programs, training, and ongoing support to ensure partner success and revenue growth.
  • Direct Sales Contribution: Manage a pipeline of direct sales opportunities, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both direct clients and strategic partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and relay market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to the product and leadership teams to inform strategic decisions and product enhancements.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales and partnership metrics, ensuring targets are met and providing accurate forecasts.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences (technical, business, executive). Strong negotiation skills are essential.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products or market segments, with a focus on long-term growth through partnerships.
  • Proactiveness & Initiative: Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency, capable of working independently and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client challenges and propose effective solutions using the Stitch platform.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business priorities.
  • Technical Aptitude: Sufficient technical understanding to grasp the capabilities of the Stitch platform and discuss integrations and technical requirements with partners and clients.
