  • Experience: 1–3 years in an SDR or high-volume outbound role. Experience selling services, SaaS, or working within high-growth marketplaces (e.g., food delivery platforms, PropTech) is highly preferred.

  • Language Fluency: Flawless, full working proficiency in English is a must. You can navigate complex conversations with business owners and managers with ease.

  • Resilience: You have a "hunter" mentality. You aren't discouraged by "no" and thrive in the fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment of an early-stage startup.

  • Communication: Ability to distill complex value propositions into simple, persuasive insights.

  • Self-Sufficiency: You are disciplined and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
