Roles & Responsibilities

3+ years of Workday Studio experience
Experience developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting Workday integrations using Studio, connectors, PECI files, and Workday EIBs
Experience with FIN and HCM integrations; ability to design and debug integrations across these domains
Workato middleware experience (preferred) or willingness to learn

Requirements:

Develop, test, maintain, and support all Workday integrations using Studio, connectors, PECI, and EIBs
Analyze business requirements to design effective integration solutions, and prepare detailed technical documentation; support unit, system, and UAT testing
Ensure data integrity and privacy; provide ongoing support and upgrades for Workday projects
Collaborate with business units and IT teams on planning, validation, testing, and service updates; apply knowledge of reporting and integration tools (Workday Studio, Report Designer, BIRT, Core Connectors, PICOF, PECI, EIB)

Job description

Location - Remote is fine, but the candidate must come for one round of face-to-face discussion.

Note:

The contract duration is 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Job Summary -

We'd like to leverage this resource to assist with both FIN and HCM-side integrations and would love for the HCM and FIN techno functional resources to build new integrations and debug issues when they arise.

Experience in Workato as a middleware, preferring candidate with Workato experience or a willingness to learn Workato.

3 yrs minimum of workday studio experience is must.

Develop, test, maintain and support all Workday integrations using the suite of Workday integration tools, including but not limited to studio, connectors and PECI files.

Support mass change imports using Workday EIBs.

Analyze business requirements and provide effective integration solutions.

Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations.

Partner with appropriate teams for unit, system and UAT testing.

Provide on-going support and collaboration with required business units, including but not limited to planning, validation, testing and service updates.

Ensure data integrity and privacy at the highest levels.

Good working knowledge of Workday Studio, Report Designer and BIRT reporting

Good working knowledge of Integrations using Core Connectors, PICOF , PECI, Benefit Integrations

Good working knowledge of EIB , Calculated fields and Business processes

Good working knowledge on Advanced, Composite reports

Hands on Workday Upgrade and Support projects
