Qualifications

  • 7-8 years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience leading 2-3 end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects in a lead or senior developer capacity
  • Proficiency with Marketing Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and create design documentation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver Salesforce Marketing Cloud web/backend applications across projects
  • Lead 2-3 end-to-end Marketing Cloud projects in a lead/Sr. Developer role
  • Translate client business use cases and technical requirements into technical design and create/review design documents outlining architecture and high-level design
  • Understand third-party integration scenarios and apply integration learnings; resolve issues from code reviews via root-cause analysis and justify technical decisions

Job Description-

Key Responsibilities:

  1. 4+ years of experience in building Salesforce Marketing web/backend applications
  1. Must have worked through 2-3 projects end to end in a lead, Sr. Developer capacity
  1. Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
  1. Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
  1. Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
  1. Understanding and third-party integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
  1. Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken
