Roles & Responsibilities

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline
10+ years of experience testing and developing software, including installation, test automation, and test plan documentation; proven experience as a Team Lead
Experience with HCM products; proficiency with SOAP/Web Services/XML/SQL; Selenium automation including developing frameworks; Test Rail for test plan development, management, and reporting
Proficiency in Java, C#, or C++; experience with configuration management, build management and continuous integration; experience with performance testing design, implementation and reporting; familiarity with Agile/Scrum

Requirements:

Lead QA efforts, defining testing strategy and overseeing the software testing lifecycle, including installation, test automation, and test plan documentation
Oversee testing on HCM products and coordinate cross-functional testing with development and product teams
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) and manage test plans and test cases (Test Rail) to ensure comprehensive test coverage
Drive performance testing and scalability assessments, ensure integration with CM/CI pipelines, and promote Agile/Scrum practices

Responsibilities:

Master's degree Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline
At least 10 years with experience testing and developing software, including installation, test automation, and test plan documentation.
Proven experience as a Team lead
Experience working on HCM products
Experience with SoapUI, web services, XML, SQL
Experience with:
Selenium - automation, including developing frameworks
Visual Studio Ultimate- performance/scalability testing tools
Test Rail - test plan and test case development, management, and reporting
Experience with developing in Java, C#, or C++
Experience with CM, build management and continuous integration.
Experience with the Performance testing design, implementation and reporting.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
