Job Description:

As a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and deployment of ERP solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass the analysis and design of ERP systems, with a focus on enhancing SAP SD/MM functionality. Collaboration with clients' sales and distribution, procurement, and inventory teams will be a crucial aspect. You will be engaged in systematic testing, both internal and user-oriented, to ensure solution stability and ongoing enhancements. This role necessitates a deep understanding of organizational business requirements, fostering a cloud-centric mindset, adherence to standard practices, and driving change management for a true cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP SD/MM/PP systems, ensuring system functionality, customization, and end-user support.
Lead productive discussions and presentations with end-user clients, serving as an ERP expert for SD/Logistics/MM/PP modules, aligning with business needs.
Offer consultative guidance to SAP clients, aligning with industry best practices.
Exhibit proficiency in the technology layer and development practices for ERP solutions.
Influence technology and operational strategies for key client stakeholders.
Effectively manage and motivate teams across diverse geographies, cultures, and organizations.
Analyze and resolve cross-functional issues.
Cultivate internal best practices within your area of expertise.
Assist in building demonstration systems as per solution management recommendations.

Professional Experience:

Over six years of professional experience, demonstrating expertise in ERP & SCM modules, including SD/logistics/MM/PP.
Familiarity with ERP solutions such as S/4 HANA on-premise or S/4 HANA Private Cloud is advantageous.
Proficiency in SAP Cloud ERP and related experience is a plus.
Certification in relevant ERP solutions is an additional advantage.

Qualifications:

Substantial experience across various industries, including knowledge of core processes and industry trends.
Solution-oriented with a global perspective, showcasing strong planning and analytical skills.
Proficient in negotiation and consultation within contexts of high sensitivity and conflicting interests.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, mentoring, decision-making, and meeting facilitation skills.
Adaptability and flexibility to handle deadline pressures, ambiguity, and change.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate clearly and tactfully with stakeholders at various levels.
