  • Handles remote incidents on devices, networks, messaging or telephony and coordinates with service providers
  • Ensures ITIL processes (Request, Incident, Problem, Change) are followed and catalog requests, incidents and changes are processed on time
  • Monitors performance indicators, analyzes feedback, and manages user-oriented communications and the user journey

Our client is a leading global water, energy, power and waste management company operating across the region. A very well respected multinational organization with an excellent reputation.

We are looking for an IT Coordinator to be based in Eastern Province, KSA.

JOB PURPOSE

  • This role will be for Help Desk and Support and ensures the installation and operation guarantee of computer and/or telephone equipment (hardware and software) related to the workstation.
  • At the request of users, he/she provides maintenance (remotely or on site) of this equipment and handles incidents.
  • Assist with any technical queries that come from contractors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizes the initial installation of computer and/or telephone equipment (applications, microphone equipment, telephone and peritelephony equipment)
  • Handles remote incidents on microphones/chromebook/tablet, networks, messaging or telephony or driver the service providers in charge of doing it
  • Control the conformity of the equipment with the repositories
  • Help to take control of the installed equipment and software
  • Ensure the proper respect and the good use of the processes of the ITIL repository: Management of requests, Problem,
  • Change Management, and Incident management
  • Ensure on a daily basis that catalog requests, incidents and changes on the customer perimeter are processed on time,
  • in collaboration with all the service centers
  • Manage the proper implementation of action plans in the event of crises within its scope
  • Ensure that the request management tool is in phase with the definition, the deadlines (SLA/OLA) and the quality
  • requirements appearing in the service catalog
  • Monitor regular performance indicators on the customer perimeter
  • Analyze suggestions, complaints and reminders
  • Manage user-oriented communication processes
  • Map the user journey (from analysis of the need for the provision of the service)

SKILLS

Main Skills

  • Be able to deal with incidents, requests or changes relating to the windows and chromebook environment
  • Be able to deal with incidents, requests or changes relating to the Office suite and Google
  • Be able to deal with incidents, requests or changes relating to problems authentication techniques
  • Being able to identify network bottlenecks
  • Being able to deal with incidents, requests or changes relating to computer terminals
  • Being able to deal with incidents, requests or changes relating to business and functional applications
  • Record, qualify, process, escalate or resolve incidents, requests or changes
  • Knowledge of best practices in outsourcing, outsourcing of IT support, third party maintenance, provision of telecommunications links, system hosting centers IT, provision of application services, etc.

Behavioral Skills

  • Management Contractual management (yes/no wisely), sense of service, listening and responding in line with customer requests
  • Ability to define, monitor, report on and improve relevant indicators
  • Uti reads logic and methodology for solving difficult problems and proposes effective solutions; is able to identify hidden problems
  • Ability to transmit information, disseminate a message in a clear and understandable way (team and manager) wisely
  • Ability to plan its activities and those of its teams

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related field
  • Open to Saudi Nationals male and female
  • Should have at least 5 years’ experience in IT
  • Must have experience in Operational Technology (ICS, SCADA, DCS, IoTs...)
  • Experience in specification and help procurement with the supply of all hardware needed (computers, screens, phones, network, use of microwave system for receiving data)
  • Experience in software implementation and integration (CMMS, Hazmat, Salesforce, B365, safety, laboratory management, weighbridge, etc)
  • Able to join Immediately

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary will reflect experience levels and interview performance
  • As a guide salary package will be from 12k – 15k full package
