Product Manager, Trading / Exchange Platform (blockchain, crypto) | remote in Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Vietnam)

We are seeking dynamic Product Managers to join a leading global fintech company specializing in digital trading solutions. This is a unique opportunity to architect and manage innovative platforms that revolutionize how users engage with financial markets.

As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving product initiatives from concept to launch. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional features and products that meet user needs globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with strategic goals and priorities.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver top-tier features and functionalities.
• Define product features, write specifications, conduct user research, and iterate based on feedback.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure a user-centered approach.
• Prioritize projects effectively, making informed trade-offs as necessary.
• Conduct market research to guide product development and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Represent the product team in cross-functional communications, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a related field.
• At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally within fintech or trading platforms.
• Proven track record of launching successful software or financial products at scale.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages considered a bonus.
• Flexibility to work in various environments: on-site, hybrid, or fully remote. Positions available in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Vietnam.
