Country Manager / Head of Sales, Vietnam (Forex Trading, CFD)

For several years, the Group has been at the forefront of innovation in global finance. With a talented team of over 400 professionals, the Group operates across multiple countries, building state-of-the-art infrastructure that institutional and professional clients depend on. Its portfolio of regulated financial institutions and fintech companies specializes in multi-asset liquidity solutions, serving a diverse range of markets. The Group is seeking an experienced leader to drive operations in Vietnam and facilitate company growth in the region.

Location: Vietnam

Compensation: Base + commission (individual & team)

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Establish short, medium, and long-term company priorities and targets (both financial and non-financial).
  • Drive individual and team sales revenue while managing local team budgets and costs to ensure P&L accountability.

Sales Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams (both leaders and individual contributors) to achieve ambitious sales targets for the country.
  • Conduct regular meetings to supervise progress, track action plans, and ensure accountability for sales performance.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to secure resources for business development activities.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for each department, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Communicate changes in direction and company policies to all stakeholders in a timely manner.

Operational Excellence:

  • Conduct periodic reviews of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and spearhead enhancement projects.
  • Research and analyze competitors and market trends to adjust business strategies as needed.
  • Ensure all existing SOPs comply with regulatory provisions from relevant authorities.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years in a management role within sales, focusing on the Vietnam/Southeast Asian market, with a strong record of driving sales growth and operational management in the financial sector, preferably in the Forex trading or CFD industry.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve both individual and collective sales goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Forex trading industry, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
