Job Description

Key Focus:

This role reports to the head of marketing. You will be responsible for interpreting all briefs to visuals for company/brand’s use. You will be invested in the creative process, idea generation, and the audio <> visual representation of content to drive maximum engagement for the brand and sustain its marketing efforts. You are responsible for the visual representation of brand marketing materials. You are required to stay on top of industry trends to continuously improve the offline and online visual representation of the brand and its campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Planning (ideating) and illustrating design concepts for digital and print

- Create >=6 memorable & effective multimedia daily; graphic designs, animations, videos

- Collaborate with the social media specialist to interpret regular SM content

- Study briefs and provide multiple interpretations for review at optimal times

- Convey accurate messaging with every visual

- Monitor supplementary design needs of cross-functional departments for organised output

- Brainstorm for marketing campaign projects across digital and traditional channels

- Adapt key visuals into various multimedia formats and sizes where required

- Collaborate with external agencies, printers where required


Requirements:

- 1-4 years professional experience in content development and audio-visual creative process

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to create authoritative, engaging, and persuasive visuals from copies/briefs/elements

- Understanding of product marketing, corporate identity, adverts, multimedia & motion design

- Experience working within an advertising/media/marketing agency

- Good aesthetic sense; creative thinking and exceptional attention to detail

- Expert knowledge of web design, creative suites, programs and software (+ motion design)

- Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect, and Figma

- Willingness to occasionally work overtime to accommodate various time zones and workload

- Effective time management skills; ability to multitask and efficiently deliver within set timelines

- Demonstrated insight and creativity in collaborating toward marketing objectives

- Experience within the crypto sector and familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus

- Ability to receive constructive criticism

- Exceptional problem solving and analytic skills

- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
