Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in email management, scheduling tools, and cloud storage platforms. Social media experience, including responding to messages and basic community management. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong research, writing, and organizational skills for book-related tasks. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and applications quickly.

Core responsibilities:

Business Support: Email Management: Review, categorize, and organize emails, flagging important ones and deleting unnecessary messages. Texting App Management: Handle communications for a BBQ business through a texting app, ensuring timely responses and engagement. Social Media Engagement: Monitor and manage social media interactions, responding to messages and engaging with the audience on business pages. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative duties, including data entry, document organization, and research. Scheduling & Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars efficiently. File Organization: Maintain and organize Google Drive or other cloud-based file storage systems. Content Support Note-Taking & Organization: Gather, organize, and structure notes. Document Compilation: Assemble and format content into structured drafts. Personal Support
