  • Sponsorship Collaboration Experience: proven track record securing brand deals, partnerships, and cross-promotional opportunities, with knowledge of outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • Social Media Growth and Monetization: strategically manage and grow platforms (YouTube, IG, TikTok, Facebook) and implement monetization strategies to generate revenue through ads, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.
  • Content Engagement and Brand Image Development: create and execute engagement strategies to increase audience interaction and ensure content resonates with the creator’s mission, strengthening brand image; provide feedback on videos to align with desired aesthetic and messaging.
  • Podcast and Long-Form Video Editing: edit long-form podcast episodes and other video content with a cinematic, cozy feel; ensure smooth transitions, crisp audio, and pacing while integrating animations and visuals.
  • Visual Storytelling and On-Screen Text Integration: enhance videos with animated text, subtitles, and visual effects to illustrate key points and make ideas tangible for the audience.

Experience in Social Media Management: 2.5–5 years of experience managing and growing personal brand accounts on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with proven success in engagement and monetization. Video Editing Expertise: Strong background in podcast and long-form video editing, with proficiency in cinematic storytelling techniques, transitions, & animation. Experience in making video flow smoothly while enhancing audience engagement through visuals. Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft compelling messaging, implement audience growth strategies, and enhance the creator’s brand identity through content. Experience with brand positioning and personal branding preferred. Attention to Aesthetic & Detail: Keen eye for visual storytelling, design, and animation that complements the creator’s vision & desired aesthetic. Ability to provide constructive feedback to improve content. Authenticity & Brand Alignment: Strong understanding of personal branding and audience perception, ensuring content aligns with the creator’s values, character, and mission. Familiarity with Buddhist principles is a plus but not required. Sponsorship & Collaboration Experience: Prior experience in securing brand deals, partnerships, and cross-promotional opportunities for creators, with knowledge of outreach strategies.

Core responsibilities:

Content Engagement & Brand Image Development: Create and execute engagement strategies to increase audience interaction, ensuring the content resonates with the creator’s mission and strengthens image as a role model. Provide feedback on videos to align with desired aesthetic & messaging. Podcast & Long-Form Video Editing: Edit long-form podcast episodes and other video content with a cinematic, cozy feel. Ensure smooth transitions, crisp audio, and seamless pacing while integrating animations and visual elements that enhance storytelling. Visual Storytelling & On-Screen Text Integration: Enhance videos with animated text, subtitles, and visual effects that help illustrate key points and make abstract ideas more tangible to the audience. Brand Accountability & Authenticity: Maintain consistency across all content by ensuring alignment with the creator’s personal brand, mission, and values. Keep the creator accountable to her vision while staying authentic to her personality and audience expectations. Partnership & Sponsorship Outreach: Assist in acquiring brand deals, sponsorships, and collaborations with like-minded creators and businesses, aligning opportunities with the creator’s image and audience.
