As a Senior Quality Engineer with API/Microservice and Salesforce skills, you will be working with our development team to perform automated and manual testing across all key business systems including the Salesforce platform. You be responsible for embedding best practice in application testing within the team, as well as quality control for all production releases. It is expected that your Salesforce experience will allow you to act as a backup Salesforce/nCino administrator when the occasion arises.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills (spoken English) with the ability to communicate technical / complex concepts to non-technical users. 
• Experience working in a team environment that follows Agile methodology. Extensive experience with version control and CI/CD tooling is mandatory. 
• Deep experience with automated test frameworks within a Microservice/API system. 
• Hands-on mastery of Web Services, REST/SOAP/XML and API/service-based testing using tools such as Postman and Pact. 
• Thorough knowledge of unit, integration, system, end-to-end, functional and performance testing techniques, with active expertise in JUnit, Cypress, Selenium and at least 2 of Mocha/Karma/Jest/Jasmine. 
• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce tester with SOQL and Salesforce administration skills. 
• Certifications desirable. Experience researching and troubleshooting bugs and performance bottlenecks in a production environment with tools such as JMeter/Gatling/LoadRunner. 
• Experience with performance testing, container testing and SAST security tooling.
• Strong SQL knowledge and testing experience is desirable. 
• Experience with financial systems, particularly commercial lending, is highly regarded.
