Requirements:

  • Client acquisition and relationship management with wholesale, B2B, and direct-to-consumer clients to build long-term partnerships.
  • Sales pipeline development and lead generation using outreach strategies and CRM tools to drive conversions.
  • Product/Brand representation as a brand ambassador for the company's custom activewear and swimwear solutions.
  • Order/account management: oversee the sales cycle from inquiry to fulfillment, coordinating with production and logistics teams.

Exceptional English Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with clients with excellent written and spoken communication. Ability to engage and convert leads, close deals, and manage client relationships effectively. Self-Motivated & KPI-Driven: Strong ability to set and achieve sales goals that align with business objectives. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Core responsibilities:

Sales Pipeline & Lead Generation: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, leveraging outreach strategies and CRM tools to drive conversions. Product & Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the value of the company's custom activewear and swimwear solutions to potential customers. Order & Account Management: Oversee the sales cycle from inquiry to fulfillment, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, production, and logistics teams. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Set and monitor sales KPIs, leveraging data insights to refine outreach, increase customer retention, and maximize revenue. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with brand initiatives and supply chain capabilities.
