As an Inside Sales Executive, your typical day may include the following:

  • Create and maintain a database of potential customers
  • Perform research to identify key contact person within a target organization (B2B marketing) through: Google research, LinkedIn research, initial cold calling
  • Conduct cold calling to explore sales opportunities and book in demos for sales team
  • Deliver sales demos of software solutions
  • Negotiate and close business deals
  • Perform client on-boarding and training
  • Manage and resolve customer requests and claims promptly with relevant parties

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
  • Demonstrable software sales experience preferably for a board management solution
  • Commercial awareness of mobile and digital products, and SaaS
  • Ability to build rapport easily and strengthen relationships
  • Natural people skills in engaging mid-level to C-suite directors
  • Must have a global perspective and be able to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Must be fluent in local language (Malay/Bahasa Indonesia)
