Job Requirements:

  • Customer Service Expertise: Minimum of 2.55 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the cleaning, hospitality, or home services industries, demonstrating excellent phone and email communication skills. 
  • Sales Proficiency: Proven ability to engage leads, nurture client relationships, and achieve sales goals effectively. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the cleaning industry or similar service-oriented industries, including understanding customer needs and expectations for these services.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Booking Koala or similar scheduling platforms and proficiency in using online customer management tools. 
  • Communication Skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to draft clear and engaging messages. 
  • Detail Orientation in Service Delivery: High level of accuracy in scheduling and coordinating cleaning services, ensuring customer satisfaction through attention to detail and timely communication. 
  • Video Editing Support (Preferred - Not Required): Ability to assist with creating visually engaging video content, including basic editing and formatting, to enhance brand visibility and support marketing initiatives across social media platforms.

Core responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Use Booking Koala to schedule cleaning services, communicate with the team, and manage updates for customers.
  • Profile Management: Maintain and update online profiles on various platforms to reflect current service offerings and promote brand visibility. 
  • Customer Support Administration: Handle follow-up communication, resolve client concerns, and ensure seamless service delivery through professional correspondence.
